Effective Date: 30 October 2026
1. Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment is required to confirm the order and initiate processing.
- GST @ 18% shall be applicable as per the prevailing tax regulations.
2. Delivery Timeline
- The estimated delivery time shall be 6–7 working days from the date of receipt of the full advance payment.
- Delivery timelines may be subject to unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond the company’s reasonable control.
3. Warranty Terms
- Warranty coverage shall not include batteries or normal wear and tear.
- The warranty shall not cover damage caused by intentional or unintentional exposure to water, moisture, or other liquids.
- Damage caused by electrical burns, voltage fluctuations, power surges, short circuits, or other electrical faults shall not be covered under warranty.
4. Exclusions from Scope of Work
The following works are not included in the scope of Hexaworld Solutions Pvt. Ltd. unless specifically agreed upon in writing:
- Civil works
- Electrical installation and related works
- Fabrication works
- Cable laying and related works
- Track welding works
Any such additional work, if required, shall be arranged separately and may be subject to additional charges.
5. Refund and Return Policy
- Goods once sold shall not be taken back.
- No refund or return shall be permitted once the goods have been sold or delivered, except where required by applicable law or where otherwise agreed to in writing by the company.
- Customers are advised to verify the product specifications, quantity, and other order details before confirming the order and making payment.
6. General Terms
- Order confirmation and processing shall commence upon receipt of the full advance payment.
- Any requirements beyond the agreed scope of supply or services shall be charged separately, subject to mutual agreement.
- All terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
